My spouse has fallen out of bed on three occasions. On has last fall he hit the bedside table and blackened his eye. I then checked out this product and with hope I ordered the right product, I awaited it's arrival. I put it together and installed it on his side of the bed. It works as intended, and now we both can sleep without worry concerning another fall. Thank you for a good product that keeps us safe. Good value for the money, stability upon installation, the height, size, stability of the finished product, and the added addition of the pocket pouch gives him a place to put his glasses, phone, etc. It is stable and able to hold his weight easily when he uses it to pull himself out of bed. Having said all this, we are very pleased with the product.

Ok, I am only 67, but twice in the last year when dreaming I fell out of bed and this last time banged up my hip with a direct hit on a hardwood floor. Enough was enough so I ordered this. It was very easy to put together and seems sturdy enough even withiut using the included strap. It has a u shaped bar that goes between the box spring and the mattress in adition to the legs that go to the floor. You are laying on the U shaped bar under the mattress so its not going anywhere anyway
