Pros: Each Floss/Pick pops out easily and smoothly with the touch of the button Looks clean and tidy on a bathroom counter Floss doesn't break (I am about two week's in, flossing twice a day at least and not one has broken, but I do have tight teeth, so it's not like I haven't put it to the test). The design of the floss/pick includes a pointy end to use like a toothpick Cons: May only work with certain sized/custom floss picks. I haven't tried with other brands yet, but have seen some reviews indicating they are a unique size. Which makes sense, for the mechanism to always work smoothly of course. I couldn't open to refill with my bare hands. But once I figured out how to do it, it was fairly straight forward (Obviously this could be improved for the design, so it's as easy to refill as it is to dispense i.e. at the push of a button - you shouldn't need a tool). My method involved pushing the exposed clear plastic latch down with a small screwdriver in my right hand, while popping the bottom white cover off at an angle with my forefinger and thumb from my left hand. It worked relatively smoothly, so now I know.
