From the photos I expected it to be smaller, but it’s actually the perfect size — not heavy, fits in my bag, and feels super high quality. Couldn't be any better - LEAKPROOF, comfortable to drink from, sturdy; keeps coffee hot for a reasonable time, beautiful color. I use one exclusively for travel---for water at the airport; for coffee in hotel room; for "leftover" wine (what's THAT? LOL) when on the go---screw the top on, close up the tight seal and toss in your backpack- won't leak! WHOOP! I use another EVERY MORNING for coffee and it's just a cozy, comfortable thing to have nearby. And---a bit excessive, I admit---I have a third one as a back up in case they quit making them for some reason! Highly recommend!!

It’s really spill proof and keeps cold drinks cold for a long time. Great quality cup, easy to clean and carry around.

I have bought a handful of thermos’s and this one is by far my favorite!! It’s the most easy to clean because you can remove the lid parts and put back together easily. There’s no weird nooks where liquid can build up because of that. The worst part is washing your thermos and still smelling the last drink you had because you can’t seem to reach all the areas in the lid. I’m not one to drink a huge coffee, I’m more of a small or medium size drink person, so the smaller size it comes in is perfect for me and doesn’t get wasted. I make iced espresso and it keeps it cold all day! Definitely the best thermos at keeping my drink cold. I haven’t tried hot drinks yet. It has a nice design so it feels good to hold, too and it fits in my cup holder. I love the color combos they offer, it’s really cute and it matches my bigger Owala thermos I use for my iced water. It really is leak proof, it fits in my bag that has a mesh drink holder on the outside and when I carry my bag it is slanted at an angle while my coffee is full, and it hasn’t dripped out! I’d be more than happy to never buy another brand’s thermos again. Owalla for life!

This is my 4th Owala; I have POTS to getting enough fluid intake is a second full-time job for me. The 12 oz smoothsip is perfect for morning hot drinks (I do over-salted chicken broth.). Keeps them warm and toasty for at least an hour. Cons: must be washed by hand Slightly slippery when wet; I wish they offered a version with a handle! NOTE: you'll want to periodically disassemble the lid slider to clean, or it will GROW stuff. Not the place you want a mobile petri-dish. Fortunately, instructions are both on a card inside the new cup and on their website.
