A little goes a long way with this face wash--literally one small pump, which is nicely pre-measured with the pump dispenser bottle. A single pump and a little warm water in my hand and I get a rich, creamy, foamy lather that covers my entire face. No eye irritation so far, but I try to be careful around my eyes. It's not great at removing waterproof mascara (but it's tough to remove for a reason, which is why I rarely wear it). It rinses off well and I follow the rinse with a hot wash cloth "steam and wipe" to remove any remaining residue. It leaves my 60 year old skin soft, radiant and glowing and ready for my layer skin care routine. I think it's unscented....there may be a light natural scent from the ingredients themselves, but nothing truly noticeable. I have VERY sensitive skin that will break out at the slightest fragrance or any harsh ingredients or preservatives and this actually helped clear-up a terrible breakout reaction I had to a new layered K-Beauty product line I had tried. It is very effective, yet gentle. The bottle is quite large. Honestly, the best value for the money given how little is needed. I expect the bottle to last several months, if not a year!

You save like $2 buying the refill and it doesn’t go to waste as it all pours into the bottle perfectly. Overall I’ve been using this face wash maybe 6 months now. Hands down the best facial wash I’ve ever used. The combination of this and their face moisturizer has really been a game changer for me. I don’t have acne or blemishes, this just cleans my face really well without drying my skin out. Please never change the formula!

I love this face wash so much I bought a bottle back in December of last year and it’s lasted me up until now. Great Product, gets rid of all the junk, makeup, out of your face 10/10 recommend. It provides a lot of soap very thick formula. And keeps the moisture in your face locked in. Everything is perfect including the size. I recommend this product and its refill.
